FAQ
Questions
Can we change a code after it's printed?
Yes. Change where it points anytime, with version history and one-click rollback.
What happens to printed codes if we leave?
They keep working. Redirects never depend on your plan.
Which badge scanners can we import from?
Any organizer export in CSV or Excel. You see a preview before anything merges.
What does "one lead per person" mean?
A badge scan, form fill and card photo of the same person become one lead. Every raw capture and merge is kept.
What syncs with HubSpot and Salesforce?
Leads become contacts, each show becomes a campaign, follow-ups are logged, and deals flow back.
What do "measured" and "imported" mean?
Measured numbers come from Qnal; imported ones come from your CRM or the organizer. Both are labeled, currencies are converted and labeled, and a missing input shows as "unavailable".
What can developers build?
A REST API with workspace-scoped keys, signed webhooks for new leads and sent follow-ups, and an MCP server for AI assistants.
