Follow one show through Qnal.

Maya runs field marketing and 14 shows a year. Here's one, start to finish.

Before the show

Steps 01 to 03

  1. Create the show.

Booth, cost and goals, rolled into the year's program.

  2. Load the target accounts.

Reps book booth meetings before anyone flies.

  1. Build the placement kit.

A code for every backdrop, handout and mailer. One file to the printer.

At the booth

Steps 04 to 06

  1. Visitors scan or tap.

Three fields and they're a lead, tagged to what brought them.

  2. Reps capture in seconds.

Badge photo, voice note, hot or cold. Works offline.

  3. Hot leads don't wait.

    Their owner hears right away.

FAQ

Questions

What does a rep do at the booth?

Snap a badge or card, record a voice note, tag it hot, warm or cold. That's it.

What if the convention Wi-Fi drops?

The app keeps a queue and syncs every capture exactly once when it reconnects.

What counts as a placement?

Anywhere a code lives: backdrop, demo station, handout, swag, show-app ad, mailer. Each gets its own code, so it reports its own leads.

How does the badge list merge?

Upload the organizer's CSV or Excel file. Qnal maps the columns, shows a preview, and merges each person into one lead with the history kept.

What happens when the 24-hour clock runs out?

The lead stays at the top of the queue and its owner gets an escalation.

How do meetings get booked?

Before the show, reps invite target accounts from their own inboxes. After it, replies route to the rep and the meeting books from their calendar, credited to the show.

Where do the ROI numbers come from?

Your booth cost, plus leads, meetings and deals from your CRM. Imported numbers are labeled, currencies convert to your reporting currency, and a missing input shows as "unavailable".
